This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Application and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
The Application does not collect, store, or pass on Your Personal Data in any way. You are free to use the Application without any need to agree to the collection and use of information, since that does not happen. This Privacy Policy has been created solely to comply with Google's requirements, which in turn presumably descend from the requirements of various national governments and supragovernmental organisations such as the EU.

Application refers to WriteThai, the mobile phone app.

You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Usage Data
Usage data collection is limited to a) which of the various tutorials, minigames and challenge lessons have been viewed or played on the Device, and b) a 'score' derived from the number of correct answers given in the various games and challenges. These data are stored only on the Device itself and not transferred anywhere else. The data is only used to enable access to more advanced content in the Application. Should You wish to delete the data, either uninstall the Application, or use Android's application management tool to delete its data.
Retention of Your Personal Data
As no such data is collected, unsurprisingly, it is not retained.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Once again, as no such data is collected, it will not be disclosed.
Security of Your Personal Data
Once again, as no such data is collected, there is no concern regarding security.
Children's Privacy
The lack of any collection of data applies equally to children, of any age.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
In theory this Privacy Policy may change - most likely in response to some requirement from Google. Feel free to regularly check this page to see if this happens. Should Google require me to inform users of the Application regarding the update, there may be a way to do that by forcing an update to the app itself - obvioulsy I shan't be able to email users given that, as repeated ad nauseam above, the app does not collect personal data. It is I suppose possible that in a truly ironic twist, Google might actually force me to collect user's email addresses solely so that I can then email them regarding privacy policy updates.
